While this powerful ability is life-changing, he cannot change the world around him. He can only affect his personal timeline.

Of course, after Tim learns this ability, he wants only one thing in life, a girlfriend. After using his ability and his quirky charm, lands a date with Mary (Rachel McAdams). After falling in love, Tim soon learns that his special power cannot protect him against the struggles of life.
